Strategy Implementation : Help in executing the business strategy, ensuring that all operational goals align with the company's objectives. Team Leadership : Manage and lead department heads or teams to achieve operational goals. Process Improvement : Identify areas for improvement within operational processes and implement strategies to optimize performance and reduce costs. Risk Management : Assist in identifying and mitigating operational risks that could affect the organization. Cross-Department Collaboration : Ensure smooth collaboration between departments, particularly between operations, finance, and other key functions. Reporting : Report to the COO and other executives on the performance of operational initiatives, challenges, and progress.
