Officer, Leasing Communications (Marketing Officer)
we are looking for. Duties and Responsibilities: Create, develop, manage and implement the content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, XiaoHungShu, Wechat), website and other digital channels Identify and liaise with influencers/KOLs for marketing campaigns Plan and execute marketing campaigns, social media marketing and marketing collaterals to drive business growth Handle media enquiries & shooting requests and industry news on a daily basis Work closely with internal work teams, external agencies and vendors related to various marketing and PR programs Provide marketing support for a variety of marketing programs Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned Handle market research, competitor monitoring and data analysis Assist with event or photoshoot planning and operation Analyse social media and ads performance and produce weekly and monthly reports with recommendations Requirements: Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Marketing / Communications / Business 1-2 years relevant working experience in marketing / public relations fields, preferably gained in PR / marketing / hospitality industry Good understanding and comprehensive knowledge in digital marketing (Google Ads, Google Analytics) will be essential Passionate about social media marketing (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, XHS, Wechat) with creative content writing and strong photographic sense Able to take photos and short videos (reels) for social media use Proficient in computer applications including Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, video & photo editing, etc. Well-organized, detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua We offer an attractive remuneration package to the right candidates.
