Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies. Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve goals. Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies. Foster a positive team environment that encourages innovation and collaboration. Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of total professional experience, with at least 4 years in a project management role. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
