In this role, you will focus on outbound sales for the vibrant Philippine market, connecting to SME businesses to uncover their unique needs. By understanding their challenges, you’ll provide tailored business solutions to allow their business to thrive. Responsibilities: Research and identify potential SMEs that could benefit from Odoo's solution through online and offline channels Cold-calling potential leads, engaging with them to introduce Odoo's product Present Odoo Management Software to SMEs that are dissatisfied with their current tools or processes Analyze customers' business needs, activities, and pain points to tailor your approach effectively Provide personalized demonstrations of the software that address specific customer requirements Lead negotiations and work towards closing deals with prospects Travel for onsite meetings with clients to build relationships and close deals Attend expos and industry events to generate leads and expand your professional network Requirements (all are a must): Bachelor’s degree or higher 1-4 years of relevant experience in outbound sales or business development Experience in generating leads and cold-calling clients Strong communication and presentation skills Bilingual proficiency in English CRM experience is preferred Seniority level:
