Operation Officer – Life Insurance Case Management Client
A reputable financial and insurance brokerage company offering professional asset management services to customers with business interests across Asia Pacific. Job Description
Provide operation support on the application of universal life and high-net-worth products. Assist in client onboarding processing to ensure the due-diligence requirements can be met. Follow up the application procedure including KYC and medical check arrangement. Maintain effective communication with Relationship Managers of banks and internal parties. Ensure the application of high-net-worth cases are in compliance with regulatory requirements. Perform business administrative duties such as documents verification and database maintenance. Requirements
Degree / Higher Diploma holder. Holder of IIQE license in Paper 1, 3, preferably with Paper 5. 2 years or above experience in financial or insurance brokerage firm. Good knowledge of Universal Life insurance or other high-net-worth products. Experience in application processing, client onboarding, KYC and bankers liaison. Self-motivated, dynamic, detail-minded with good communication skills. Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese WP. Good command of both spoken & written English and Mandarin. Immediate availability is a definite advantage. Job Type:
