My client is a leading financial technology firm with its headquarters in Hong Kong and expanding overseas business markets, which focuses on providing technological services for upgrading the financial industry and is looking for a Head of Finance to join their expanding Global Finance Team. Responsibilities : Gain an in-depth understanding of the company's strategy and provide strategic planning and managerial guidance for financial operations. Fully oversee financial operations and management, driving the optimization and upgrade of the financial system. Lead global capital planning and management, establish a stable capital structure, and ensure the safety of funds. Oversee global tax planning and compliance management, enhancing tax planning capabilities. Drive the development of information systems to provide in-depth data support for global business operations and management decisions. Lead the team in achieving global upgrades and transformation. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized university, major not restricted. Over 10 years of work experience, including at least 5 years in an accounting firm and a minimum of 3 years as a CFO managing a team of no less than 10 people. Experience in Big Four accounting consulting firms, large internet companies, or companies with a Chinese overseas expansion background is preferred. Fluent both in English and Chinese as working languages. Possession of a domestic or international Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
