Position Overview: The Onboarding & Customer Services Associate at ACWIRES is responsible for onboarding and managing relationships with corporate partners, including both vendors and clients. The Associate will focus on the Know Your Business (KYB) processes for corporate clients and will collaborate with internal teams to enhance the onboarding experience for both clients and vendors, ensuring compliance with global and regional regulations. Key Responsibilities: Client Onboarding KYB Compliance & Regulatory Alignment Onboarding Process Optimization Partner Success & Relationship Management Collaboration with Internal Teams Documentation & Reporting Requirements: 2+ years of experience in KYC onboarding, AML, or Compliance. Experience in crypto, fintech, or credit card payment services is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets. Proficiency in using transaction monitoring and AML tools and systems. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
