About The Client Our client is a quasi-government body in Hong Kong, currently seeking an Associate HR Director to join as part of the management team. In this role, you will lead a sizeable team and manage the full spectrum of HR responsibilities across talent acquisition, business partnering, compensation and benefits, and ad hoc projects. About The Role Formulate talent acquisition strategies to attract top talents and enhance employer brand. Serve as an HR business partner to senior stakeholders, providing strategic support to various departments. Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive offerings. Drive HR initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement. Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering their growth and development. Supervise ad hoc HR projects as required e.g. HRIS system migration, process workflow enhancement etc. Requirements Degree holder with 15-20+ years of relevant HR experience gained from sizeable corporations or quasi-government bodies. Proven experience as an HR generalist with a strong understanding of all HR functions. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
