Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estates, Property/Facility Management, or related disciplines. At least 5 years of experience in leasing and property management. Knowledge of landlord/tenancy law and leasing procedures. Excellent command of both spoken and written English. Proactive and customer-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
