Job Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls. Resolve, manage and escalate problems logged with the Helpdesk system. Deal with internal contacts, external vendors/contractors and customers effectively. Establish and maintain good working relationships with our business representatives. Ensure all relevant data is obtained on each call through appropriate questioning, quickly securing understanding of issues and accurate recording. Handle after-call activities. Liaise with technicians and contractors in order to prioritise calls. Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in customer service role. Experience in a similar commercial sector is preferable. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Good time management, planning and organizing ability. Adaptable to fast-paced environment. Good command of spoken Chinese (Cantonese). Hours of Work:4 days on and 2 days off Day Shift: 08:00-22:00, 9 hours a day Roster based, may require working on weekends and public holidays; alternate leave will be arranged.
