Job Requirements Practical experience in digital and IT projects in large scale organizations; experience in real estate development, malls, property management, or retail will be an advantage; Fully understand the technology project lifecycle and management methodologies; Able to analyze and identify gaps and initiate new mechanisms to optimize operations and communication across multiple parties/departments; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Self-motivated, flexible, and comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment.
