Swire Coca-Cola is looking for a proactive team player to take up the People Engagement Executive role in our People Department.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Engagement & Employee Relations.
This position plays a vital role in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement throughout the organization, responsible for implementing and managing initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, collaboration, and overall well-being. The People Engagement Executive will work closely with various departments to ensure alignment with our people-centric values and contribute to a thriving organizational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement Initiatives:
Design and implement activities aimed at enhancing employee engagement and morale.
Launch & conduct regular surveys to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Organize workshops, seminars, and team-building activities to encourage teamwork.
Internal Communication:
Maintain effective communication channels to keep employees informed and engaged, utilizing various platforms such as the company intranet, a dedicated People Newsletter, email announcements, office TV wall, and other communication methods.
Recognition Programs:
Implement program portal and manage recognition programs that celebrate employee achievements and contributions.
Work with management to ensure that rewards and recognition initiatives align with organizational goals.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
Promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization to increase the sense of belonging at the workplace.
Collaborate with relevant teams to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all employees.
Employer Branding:
Support and oversee all Swire Coca-Cola Employer Branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze engagement metrics and trends to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and programs.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management to guide decision-making on employee engagement strategies.
Coordinate administrative tasks related to People Engagement, including invoicing, record keeping, and expense management.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, employee engagement, or a related area.
Understanding of best practices and strategies in employee engagement is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships at all organizational levels.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
