Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues related to our product, Fuzor. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients. Requirements Genuine interest in innovative technologies shaping the AEC/construction industry. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, multimedia, or a related field preferred. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese. Previous experience in sales or customer support is an advantage. Familiarity with video editing and design software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus. Independent, flexible, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
