Engage in projects on securities products enhancement. Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of cross teams to deliver product enhancements in accordance with the department's strategic plan. Work closely with parties to understand product features, operation flow, and liaise with parties on development and implementation. Provide training to related parties. Develop and manage the project schedule to achieve milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Develop internal policies and procedures. Job Requirements University graduate with a major in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years’ working experience in product management & development of securities products in the IT&T industry. Sound knowledge in securities product development and familiarity with market trends. Ability to work independently and under pressure with efficiency. Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English (including Putonghua).
