Project Test Lead
for a crucial data migration project from a Global Bank. This role ensures data integrity and system functionality through rigorous testing. If you excel in leading testing teams, particularly in UAT and automated testing, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of 30-40 testers, including offshore resources, to execute comprehensive testing strategies. Develop and implement UAT, automated, and manual testing plans. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align testing with project goals. Ensure data accuracy and system performance through rigorous testing. Implement automated solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability. Provide timely reports on testing progress and issues to stakeholders. Identify and escalate risks, and work collaboratively to resolve them. Foster a collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement. Requirements: 8-10 years of project management or testing leadership experience, preferably in financial services. Immediate Available candidates will be prioritised. Proven experience in managing large-scale testing phases, including UAT and automated testing. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent English communication; Cantonese is a plus.
