My clients include entities within the financial services sector, vendors in banking and retail, as well as stakeholders in the gaming industry, among others. Responsibilities: Manage projects, including web, mobile applications and systems. Prepare functional specifications and user requirements and communicate with the technical team for feasibility and scheduling. Communicate with system vendor and advance projects properly. Provide support and clear direction to the Quality Assurance (QA) Team, Product Team, and Technical Team to ensure the quality deliverables meet the expectations of business needs, ensuring there are no gaps from user requirements. Control the project-related risk management process and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Analyst or project management for software development projects. Well-organized with attention to detail. Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua. Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position. Seniority level
