Responsibilities
Office administration duties including procurement of office equipment and supplies, vendor management, budget control and meeting arrangement etc
Good accounting knowledge to handle the payment and accounting related to office expenses and prepare accounting entries
Maintain employee records, including personnel files, leave records, and other HR-related documents
Assist expatriates on-board arrangements, business trip, medical arrangements, reimbursement transactions, etc
Assist HR functions including payroll, recruitment, HR system, etc.
Perform general reception duties, such as handing phone calls, greeting visitors, document handling when receptionist is busy or on leave
Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
Degree holder in Accounting or Business Administration and Human Resources
Minimum 2-3 years accounting and administrative experience for the financial sector is highly preferred
Fresh graduates are welcome
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Korean would be an advantage)
Proficiency in computer software applications including MS-Word, Excel
Able to communicate with people with all levels of the Organization
Able to work independently, detail-minded and multi-tasking and passion in work
Immediate available is highly preferred
