Job Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software needs Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to routers/gateways/devices installation, firmware upgrades and configuration issues Act as a liaison between customers and internal UX department, ensuring timely and efficient issue resolution Basic Qualifications At least 2 years total combined work experience and completed higher education Ability to speak, read, and write in English Preferred Qualifications Associates degree (Higher Education, Higher National Diploma)At least 1 year of end-user device support and troubleshooting work experience Experience in a technical support role, preferably within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting is a plus Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively Team player with the ability to work collaboratively Additional Information Job Level Entry level Publish Date19/02/2025 Job Ref.
