Responsibilities: The Paralegal will be responsible for all the corporate work under supervision of the Partners and Associates in the Corporate Department. The Paralegal will attend due diligence interviews; perform precedent and other ad-hoc legal research; conduct prospectus verification and other IPO-related tasks; assist in preparation of various documents (e.g. A1 documents, prospectuses, due diligence questionnaires etc.); prepare English-Chinese translation of legal documents; and organise client meetings and taking minutes. Qualification and Experience: Law degree is an advantage but not a must. Preferably with prior work experience in capital markets. Excellent command of written and verbal English and Mandarin. Strong communication skills and great attention to detail. Be able to work independently and in a fast-paced and driven environment. Sound knowledge in the use of computer and various IT programs. Occasional travel to PRC may be required. Immediate availability preferred.
