Client Description Regional IT services and solutions provider Job Description Systems Consultant Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Systems Consultant. Responsibilities Act as the infrastructure specialist to implement infrastructure projects (mainly public sector projects) Identify issues and provide solutions throughout project implementation Prepare technical documentation and procedures Provide ongoing support services to ensure the infrastructure healthiness and performance Resolve infrastructure related incidents, perform root cause analysis and suggest preventive actions Provide system support to existing customers Provide support in new projects including system implementation and project management Vendor management Produce incident report on BAU services Provide project report during project implementation Respond to customer requests and enquiries Network Consultant Responsibilities As primary implementer of Network related project in the region Work with other technical towers with the view of smooth project completion Acquire new technology and knowledge that can help the company and the team growth, and share within the team Manage various stakeholders internally and externally with different priorities and expectations Work on new technology with little prior experience Database Administrator Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent Minimum 5-8 years relevant work experience in projects with database installation and configuration, ongoing database support Strong experience in coordinate and communicate effectively with other technologists in the view of project completion Knowledge in cloud-based database services and IBM DB2 is a plus Hands-on experience in Oracle and MSSQL Database architecture design, installation and configuration, migration, and upgrade Hands-on experience in Database backup and recovery procedures Knowledge in Windows and Linux based Operating System and shell scripting Job Requirements Systems Consultant Requirements Minimum 5 years relevant work experience with expertise and proven experience on system architecture and integration Experience in working for government related projects is a plus Technical Experience in Databases maintenance and support (e.g., MS SQL Server and Oracle) Strong technical experience on infrastructure large-scale project implementations. Strong experience in coordinate and communicate effectively with other technologists in the view of project completion Strong technical experience in private cloud / virtualization solution deployment (e.g., VMWare vSphere, Hyper-V, OpenShift) Hands-on experience in installing and configuring Network Products (Cisco /Huawei Switch, Fortigate Firewall, Load Balancer…etc), and/or Hands-on experience in implementing backup and storage solution Network Consultant Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent.
