We are seeking a Head of Marketing to join our dynamic team in the beer industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, solid branding and marketing experience, and the ability to drive product strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead and build a strong through-the-line marketing team A critical leadership member in developing long-term growth strategy and driving short-term business results Develop and execute brand and product portfolio GTM plans, new product development, brand communications, and channel segmentations Engage with key stakeholders, including brand principles, company management, cross-functional teams, and external agencies Own marketing P&L and justify investment ROI Put data and insight into actions with a deep understanding of market trends, trade, and customer behaviors Key Competencies: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field 10+ years of integrated marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG industry Solid experience in team leadership and building capability within the marketing function Strong business acumen and success in product GTM, driving brand portfolio growth; experience in distributor and business partnership is a plus Proven track record of successful new product development and integrated marketing programs Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion to work effectively with sales teams and business partners in achieving shared goals Sensitive and fast response to market and changes in the business environment Analytical and logical thinker Enjoy working in fun yet dynamic environments Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin We offer an attractive remuneration package and career prospects plus a 5-day week and medical insurance.
