Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with internal teams to share valuable leads and market insights, creating opportunities for increased sales success. Analyse Market Trends: Stay ahead of market trends by monitoring competitor activities and providing actionable feedback on market intelligence and strategies. Deliver Exceptional Service: Build and sustain excellent relationships with overseas agents, offering outstanding customer service and resolving issues effectively. Strategize and Report: Propose innovative sales strategies, prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts, and regularly update management on sales performance and trends. Support Additional Initiatives: Take on other tasks and special projects as assigned by management, contributing to overall team success. Our Ideal Business Development Manager (Overseas Market)Diploma or higher, with strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of fluent verbal and written interactions with overseas agents. Over 3 years of experience in a sales role within a large international freight forwarding company, with a stable overseas agents base and the ability to deliver immediate sales contributions. Independent, proactive, and dependable, with a strong sense of integrity, professionalism, ambition, and responsibility. A visionary team player who thrives under pressure and remains hardworking and adaptable. Exceptional market insight, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to industry changes. Outstanding overseas agents development, communication, and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with overseas agents at all levels. Proficient in air and sea freight operations, including quotations and logistics processes. Possesses a robust network of supplier resources, including airlines, shipping companies, and freight forwarders. Thrives in an autonomous role, demonstrating the ability to work independently while achieving outstanding results.
