Position: Non-member Executive Director We are seeking a visionary Non-member Executive Director to join our team and help shape and advance AWE's vision and mission. Responsibilities: Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure AWE's decisions and actions align with its vision and mission. Participate in board meetings and provide input on AWE's long-term planning and policies. Use your network and experience to explore new collaboration opportunities and resources for AWE. Monitor AWE's financial health and compliance, ensuring transparency and accountability. Represent AWE's values and mission, enhancing the organization's visibility and influence domestically and internationally. We Expect You: Possess excellent business insight and leadership to provide strategic guidance to AWE. Have a deep understanding and passion for sustainable development and social responsibility. Have extensive experience on boards or in senior management, especially in the non-profit or social enterprise sector. Have a strong network and influence to bring new opportunities to AWE. Have good communication skills and a team spirit, able to work effectively with AWE's executive team and other directors.
