In charge of country business performance reporting as well as business strategy expansion Participate in preparing presentation materials with analytics and insights for senior management meetings Be a key business partner providing insights, analysis and commentary on business balance sheet, revenue, cost, performance metrics Responsible for various ad-hoc reports and analysis and update procedure documents on key reporting processes Participate in budget process relating to covered business lines and monitor key business KPIs and budget utilization Requirements
University graduate with at least 5-8 years of management and/or financial reporting experience in the financial services industry Big 4 professional firms experience is an advantage but not a must Member of HKICPA/ ACCA or other professional associations or candidates Good working knowledge of accounting standards and ability to collect and assess financial data in efficient and effective way A good team player also be able to work independently Able to manage work pressure and manage deadlines Excellent communication skills – both written and oral with ability to communicate to both finance and non-finance teams to discuss and advise various key financial and performance information Proficiency in use of computer systems including MS office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP will be ideal Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin will be desirable Stay informed on CITIC CLSA Job Opportunities
