Location: Quarry Bay Nature: Permanent Job Description • Set the strategic direction for the Infrastructure team in line with the company's business objectives and guide the team to achieve business targets. • Drive innovation and enhance Infrastructure services to stay competitive in current and future markets. • Develop and mentor a skilled team to meet business goals with the necessary technical capabilities. • Lead project and service delivery to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. • Manage a diverse technical team responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting wide-ranging IT infrastructures. • Collaborate with hardware/software vendors and clients to design and execute system infrastructure projects, including system administration, security, and disaster recovery plans. Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field is required. • Minimum 15 years of IT experience post-qualification, with at least 8 years focused on infrastructure design and implementation. • In-depth knowledge of network design and implementation, large-scale PC deployment, and management of various systems including AIX, Windows, and SAN. • Expertise in a specific technical area such as system administration, networking, security, or storage is essential. • Experience in addressing complex problems/projects requiring an in-depth evaluation of various factors. • Experience in bidding for and managing medium to large scale projects, preferably within the government sector. • Completion of at least one full project development cycle in a large-scale environment, government projects preferred. • Strong leadership and team management skills are critical. • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Chinese. • ITIL or PMP certification is a must.
