Senior Analyst, Global Transparency Reporting ASPAC
to be in
Seoul, South Korea or another location in Asia-Pacific region . The Senior Analyst, Global Transparency Reporting is a core member of the Health Care Compliance (HCC) Global Transparency Reporting (GTR) team in Asia Pacific, reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Transparency Reporting (ASPAC), HCC Global Operations. The Senior Analyst works with the Regional GTR leadership team within the region across the different sectors and functions to meet the requirements for reporting, including sharing best practices, standardized tools, and process implementation. [Responsibilities] Subject Matter Expert (SME) for accurate data gathering, analysis, reconciliation, and preparation of transparency reports and value-add reports. Work with the GTR Regional Leadership to develop and execute a dynamic, risk-based external reporting strategy to ensure compliant reporting across sectors (Innovative Medicine and MedTech) and functions (Supply Chain, R&D). Support the GTR Regional Leadership for designing, developing, and implementing systems and technical solutions to improve data quality and ensure accurate data collection for transparency reports. Complete project plan and key deliverables in collaboration with systems business owners and IT to influence process changes that enable accurate reporting. Demonstrate Operational Excellence mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learning. Maintain system/process lifecycle documentation applicable to the transparency reporting process. Prepare internal status reports and summary metrics presentations for HCC teams and senior management on request. Other duties as assigned by HCC management. [Requirements] A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree Minimum of 4 years experience in compliance/finance/data management and analytics or related field Ability to communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders Ability to work with data and have experience analyzing and consolidating data into significant quantitative analysis or reports Ability to facilitate and implement process improvements [Preferred Skills] Advanced Excel skills and experience working with Alteryx / Tableau / Microsoft PowerApps tools Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industries Experience in Transaction Management and/or Transparency Reporting Track record of influencing, negotiating, and connecting with business partners/leaders Professional certification such as CCEP-I or Seton Hall Do you strive to join an outstanding team that is dynamic and ever-changing?
