Job Responsibilities: Product Development and Implementation - Collaborate with the startup team from a product perspective to continuously iterate product features and model strategies, ensuring usability, scalability, and stability. - Research and apply the latest large language models and related tools, rapidly implementing cutting-edge technology in real business scenarios. Model Training and Fine-tuning - Improve large models based on actual needs through fine-tuning, training, and inference optimization. - Analyze experimental data and user behavior to adjust parameters and iterate promptly, optimizing model performance. Full-stack Development and Operations Support - If experienced in frontend development, build product prototypes or core features using common frameworks (React, etc.). - If experienced in backend development, design interfaces and manage databases using Python/Node.js/Go, participating in microservice or containerization projects (Docker/K8s). - Participate in operations and deployment processes (CI/CD, DevOps), helping build highly reliable, high-concurrency AI system architectures. High-frequency Use of AI Tools and Collaboration - Effectively use various existing AI tools or solutions (such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to improve development efficiency. - Work closely with design, product, and operations teams, flexibly utilizing the latest AI tools and technologies to accelerate product iteration cycles. Frontier Exploration and Rapid Validation - Maintain high awareness of new trends, papers, and products in the large model/AI field. - Priority given to those with CodeAgent research or practical experience, understanding applications in IDE, automated deployment, and code generation scenarios. - Validate product innovation points and technical feasibility through rapid PoC (Proof of Concept) and MVP (Minimum Viable Product). Team Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing - Proactively communicate with technical, product, and operations teams to quickly implement the full "requirements-design-development-launch" process, ensuring delivery quality. - Regularly organize or participate in internal sharing sessions to help the team master the latest AI tools and algorithmic approaches, promoting collective growth. Job Requirements: Professional background in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, or related fields. Frontend (React, NextJS, etc.) or backend (Python/Node.js/Go, etc.) development capabilities to implement core functions or interfaces. Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and other common development and deployment tools to help build efficient engineering processes. Strong habit of using AI tools, with high-frequency use of ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or other AI assistance tools to improve R&D efficiency. In-depth understanding or practical experience with CodeAgent tools is highly desirable. Sensitivity to cutting-edge AI research, enthusiasm for exploring new methods and approaches and attempting to implement them.
