Key Accountabilities: Support Security & Safety Manager to ensure highest standards are met for security in daily operations, incidents, and emergencies handling. Conduct incident/accident investigation and propose remedial action, report any findings to the Security & Safety Manager, and prepare the incident report for management. Supervise and lead the security contractor team, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Conduct regular checks and inspections of the security posts to ensure team members are carrying out their duties in an effective and professional manner. General Requirements: Form 5 / DSE or above with 3 years+ supervisory experience in the security industry. Self-motivated, with good reasoning and decision-making ability. Good interpersonal skills, positive and approachable. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
