Senior Project Officer/Project Officer (at the rank of Clerk I/II)
in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 530931) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance) Minimum Requirements: Good university degree with at least 1 year of relevant work experience. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Strong MS Excel, interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. Demonstrated competence in performing administrative tasks. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. The appointee will support the operation of undergraduate admissions such as applications processing and interview arrangement. He/She will provide administrative support to facilitate the admission of undergraduate students; assist candidates through walk-in, telephone, and emails; ensure effective communications with the candidates; and perform other duties as assigned in support of the Faculty's mission, core values, and goals. Work outside office hours and on weekends may be required occasionally. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
