interior fit-out and construction projects
from planning to completion Conduct
site inspections and measurements , ensuring compliance with design standards Work closely with
clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
to align project execution with design intent Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring safety compliance Handle
tendering, A&A works, renovation, repair & maintenance, E&M, and reinstatement projects Prepare
safety documents
(PWRA, WSWP, method statements, and risk assessments) in line with SHEQ standards Select and specify
furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes
aligned with the design concept Monitor
construction progress , troubleshoot site issues, and implement solutions efficiently Utilise
AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, 3D Max, and Enscape
for project planning and execution What We Are Looking For Proven experience
in
interior fit-out, project management, and site coordination Strong knowledge of
construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations
in Hong Kong Hands-on experience in
A&A works, tendering, E&M projects, and reinstatement Ability to manage
multiple projects efficiently , ensuring high quality and cost control Strong
problem-solving skills
and proactive approach to handling site challenges Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, 3D Max, and Enscape
is a plus Excellent
