You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions that power our brokerage operations. Key Responsibilities Lead project implementation in partnership with internal departments, including requirement analysis, UAT, and system deployments. Conduct feasibility studies and provide data-driven analysis to support business growth. Collaborate with internal users and external vendors to deliver high-impact business projects and initiatives. Document project requirements, track progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Offer support for system and application issues, including phone or remote support outside of office hours when needed. What We’re Looking For A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 3 years of project management experience in a securities firm — experience with brokerage, equities, or derivatives trading systems is a plus. Strong skills in project planning, execution, risk management, and change management. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications are highly desirable. Familiarity with trading platforms like Ayers, 2 Go Trade, or Sharp is a plus. A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
