Duties: Develop innovative and engaging teaching materials to enhance student learning experiences Deliver comprehensive and thought-provoking lessons in the field of Social Work, Career Counselling, Counseling, Social Welfare Administration or Inclusive Education, fostering critical thinking and practical skills among students Provide dedicated tutorial support, ensuring effective communication and guidance to students Conduct research relevant to their field of expertise, and supervise students on research projects Supervise and mentor placement students, facilitating their professional growth and development Collaborate and establish strong partnerships with external agencies, promoting collaborative learning and real-world connections for students Organize and lead stimulating activities that enrich the student experience, fostering a vibrant and inclusive learning environment Requirements: Holder of a Doctoral Degree in Social Work or related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution Experience in teaching the disciplines of social work, career counselling, counselling, social welfare administration, and/or inclusive education Being a Registered Social Worker with a minimum of 5 years’ Social Work relevant post-degree qualification working experience is required A proven track record in research, publications and grant acquisitions in their specialized fields Preference will be given to those with strong academic / professional and research experience Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese Good communication and interpersonal skills Our Benefits: Medical and Dental Benefits Flexible Work Arrangements Birthday Leave Marriage Leave Education Sponsorship Examination Leave MPF Employer Voluntary Contribution #J-18808-Ljbffr
