Client Description Leading IT&T services company in Hong Kong Job Description To originate technology services and implementation opportunities for dedicated key account. Support the Client Service Lead to originate, shape and drive winning strategic deals. Work closely with Line of Business, Client Service Unit to sharpen and identify client propositions, develop and execute client engagement plans to drive the opportunities from origination to sales closure. Provide sound technical and domain expertise to support pre-sales and solutioning activities. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely delivery of business propositions and solutions to the clients. Job Requirements Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Computer Science or a related discipline. Minimum 7 years of post-qualification IT experience, including at least 3 years of experience in the FSI industry preferable. Able to do consultative selling with strong stakeholder and delivery experience. A potential candidate profile will be a strong Consultant level or new Manager level from one of the big Management Consulting firms. 3-5 years of experience in handling client stakeholder management, either in business development, pre-sales and/or project delivery management. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities. Prior management consulting experience will be highly regarded. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Passionate about new technologies in Robotic, IoT, Chatbot, AI, Cloud, and digital transformation consulting. Self-motivated, result-oriented and with the ability to generate new business opportunities from the ground level. Initiative, customer-focused, independent, and able to work under pressure. Presentable with strong client-facing experience. Good spoken and written English is a MUST.
