BSRM (Hong Kong) Limited, is a subsidiary company of BSRM (Bangladesh) in Hong Kong and is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven and proactive individual for the role of Shipping Clerk and Office Assistant for immediate appointment to support the local Hong Kong office in handling shipping documents and provide admin support. Key Responsibilities: Handle full set of import/export shipping documents and booking procedures Assist in coordinating with suppliers, vendors and head office (BSRM Bangladesh)Provide clerical support for ad-hoc tasks Requirements: Minimum DSE or Form 5 Minimum 2 years of shipping clerk work experience in any trading/ sourcing organization Hong Kong Permanent Resident Proficiency in MS Excel and WORDProficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese, Proficiency in spoken Mandarin Strong Communication skills (verbal and e-mail)Organizational and Time Management Skills Benefits:5-day work week from 9:00 a.m.- 6 p.m. (1-hour lunch break)12-14 days annual leave (negotiable)Competitive Salary (based on education and experience)Annual Bonus Opportunity for professional development working with the BSRM (Bangladesh) Team Pleasant working environment Interested candidates are requested to send their updated CV with the expected salary by clicking Apply Now #J-18808-Ljbffr
