Manage profitable growth across all products and services and optimize all sales channels. In addition, the BDM will expand market presence in assigned verticals by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities. As the sales person of cleaning robots in Hong Kong, operates as a subject matter expert in the customer experience and Company brand. Serves as a true generalist across varying workstreams and priorities. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives and contributes to functional strategy development.
Job Description
Support, influence, consult, and develop a highly engaged, winning distribution network.
Show strong influence with building service contractors and store leadership across the market.
Solve needs, make connections with a warm and friendly approach, and advocate strongly for our products.
Work with distributors and their sales reps to grow distribution. Educate, demonstrate, prospect, and close or help close deals with distribution and their reps.
Partner with distributors, dealers, industrial counterparts, service agents, and other channels of Pudu’s business.
Manage channel conflict and day-to-day customer issues.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of overall business experience, with local identity or legal working status in Hong Kong.
Demonstrated experience working with distribution and channel partners, service agents, and contractors.
Ability to demonstrate drive in gaining new business and new customers.
Exceptional organization and prioritization skills, strong negotiating and selling skills, strong presentation, training, and facilitation skills.
