This is a fixed-term contract position of 2 years with the possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance. Reporting to the Senior Manager of the Membership team, the Membership Officer will be responsible for spearheading communication strategies to enhance member engagement and retention. This role will involve collaborating with internal teams to create and execute marketing campaigns, coordinating membership events, developing marketing materials, and overseeing various public channels to ensure a seamless member experience. Responsibilities:
Developing marketing and communication materials for membership, including writing content and coordinating design and printing. Collaborating with internal teams to execute projects aimed at enhancing the membership experience and engagement, including coordinating eDM and marketing campaigns to promote M+ membership and revenue-driving initiatives. Assisting and coordinating membership events to drive member retention and engagement. Involving in the development and maintenance of the M+ and WKCD websites to ensure they are kept up to date. Providing administrative/operational support to the membership team, including data entry, record keeping, payment requests, and other administrative tasks. Utilizing the CRM system to retrieve data and prepare reports as needed. Monitoring the budget and expenses related to membership operations and marketing efforts. Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the membership program. Requirements:
Possess a recognized university degree in hospitality, tourism, sales & marketing, or a related field. Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing and communications, membership management, events coordination, or content management. Experience and knowledge in managing CRM systems would be an advantage. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently, demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, and enthusiastic. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
