What you’ll be doing: Responsible for project planning, service delivery management, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of specific projects and support digital platform ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. Contribute to management of projects, support, vendor management, and overall IT project planning. Apply PPG Project Management methodology to identify the clear end-to-end process from project inception, pilot, go live, and post-implementation review. Work closely with other IT teams, project business owners, and representatives to analyze and document business processes and requirements. Perform project management, onboarding for the digital platform, and change management related activities. Manage vendor for application development & application maintenance related activities like sprint planning, service level management, and UAT verification. Develop project plan/task list using an appropriate planning tool and standard methodologies. Maintain project/program governance dashboard and status reports based on project plan/task list, project risks, project contracts, financials, issues, assumptions, and dependencies using an appropriate planning tool and standard methodologies. Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports. Track and forecast information on project progress, including metrics and challenges. Analyze project data and produce insights to optimize performance. Provide operation support to track project deliverables and report on progress. Incident management, change management, and problem management. Perform any ad hoc IT management duties as assigned. About you: Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of solid IT experience and exposures in the commercial applications and minimum 2 years in project management, business analysis, and system development. Should possess technology understanding and experience in application development and maintenance in web, mobile, data, and API; knowledge of Java and AWS cloud is a plus. Proactive and take initiative with demonstrated problem-solving skills. Clear understanding of SDLC & Project Management methodologies (i.e. Waterfall / Agile models). Hands-on project experience in digital projects and Agile methodology is highly preferred. Experience generating and maintaining documentation for projects, including the business requirement, tracking risks, action logs, and project deliverables. Good experience in business process improvement, risk assessment, and financial management. Competence with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Projects etc. Experience working with collaboration tools, such as SharePoint, Confluence, Jira etc. Good problem-solving, communication, and project documentation skills. Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is mandatory. Seniority level
