Human Resources Professional in Hospitality Industry Job Responsibilities:
Work together with Director of Sales and plan strategies and sales plans to achieve the sales goal Source and develop new business opportunities Review direct competition, recommend tactics and strategies Establish and maintain good relationship with new and existing clients Achieve the monthly and annual personal target and the corporate segment target room night production and room revenue Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by Director of Sales Job Qualifications:
Degree holder in hotel management or other related disciplines Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury hotel Solid knowledge and experience in corporate sales Strong inter-personal and communication skills Proven problem solving and organizational abilities Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Delphi system would be advantageous Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and preferably Putonghua with good writing skills Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager Seniority Level:
