Oversee and direct all aspects of operation based in Zhaoqing to attain business growth. Formulate and implement strategic plan in meeting the business objectives and targets. Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational and service excellence. Prepare and implement annual budget and business plans to meet or even exceed KPIs as approved by management. Strengthen existing business and explore new opportunities in order to sustain business growth. Develop and maintain variable business model propositions, which incorporate a variety of company services, resources, programs and partnerships for the assigned clients. Offer strong product development ideas and strategies for internal and external teams and stakeholders to maximize business opportunities. Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in business management, supply chain management or related discipline. Minimum of 12 years of related experience with over 8 years in senior management position as senior manager/director or above. Strong experience and knowledge in ports and logistics business is an advantage. Be self-monitoring and highly motivated; possess exceptional time management skills and strong top-management skills. Superior decision-making skills, problem-solving skills and conflict-management abilities. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills. Experience leading offices or businesses in Asian countries and have excellent knowledge of the culture of the region. Candidates who have frequently travelled and/or led teams in China will be highly preferred.
