Responsibilities: Engage key stakeholders to develop and implement an end-to-end Marketing and Growth strategy. Provide thought leadership and influence country and region's business strategy with effective and innovative marketing tools and channels. Develop marketing strategies to enhance customer revenue potential via customer acquisition and improve utilization of current service provisions via customer retention and active usage. Play a pivotal role in marketing investment decisions and authorizations. Ensure that the overall brand’s tone of voice, messaging, and behaviors are aligned with the corporate narrative when engaging and communicating internally and externally. Business: Ensure adequate capacity plan is in place to meet business growth and required marketing efforts. Lead the team to formulate marketing and product campaigns using research and analytics, leveraging omnichannel thinking and executions. Work with relevant stakeholders to enhance customer experience and revenue potential through innovation and/or introduction of relevant marketing technologies. Manage Marketing productivity, headcount, and cost according to annual budgets. Be accountable for all Marketing services supported by internal and external service providers. People: Lead by example and build the appropriate culture and values. Employ, engage, and retain high-quality (skilled and experienced) people to deliver obligations. Partner with People Team to create a robust development program for the Marketing team in line with the evolving digital banking landscape. Create a motivational and challenging environment for staff conducive to creativity and performance with customer centricity in mind. Risk and Governance: A high consciousness of risk and governance and demonstrated ability to embed this culture in teams. Requirements: Minimum 20 years of integrated country and regional marketing experience. At least 10 years of proven track record in leading and mentoring high-performing teams. Solid understanding of the marketing landscape and demonstrated ability to adapt digital marketing tactics in response to technology developments as they arise. Commercially driven with a strong understanding of consumer financial business. Dynamic and strong communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional business units.
