We are looking for a Field Service Manager to be part of our dynamic team. The Field Service Manager will manage a team of around 40 people and monitor the daily operation of after-sales repair services, ensuring all workflow execution is up to standard and in line with departmental strategies and objectives. THE JOB Execute periodical analysis on service market trends & customer expectations, providing planning & executions for service enhancement based on customer segments. Periodically review operation flows and ensure all executions are up to standard. Execute workflow enhancement in cooperation with different teams and external partners. Monitor capacity planning in line with productivity targets. Develop & define necessary strategies, monitoring and controlling the progress on a regular basis. Ensure compliance with all company policies/guidelines, including fraud control measures. Ensure appropriate follow-up actions are given to complex cases in a timely manner. Review and, when required, adjust daily job dispatching. Ensure sufficient workload for achieving the Business Plan and control the evolution of the P&L of your area. Conduct incentive schemes including KPIs and communicate performance results monthly. Conduct and report performance analysis on a regular basis. THE PERSON Minimum 10 years of experience in the repair service industry, preferably on electrical consumer goods. At least 5 years in a managerial role in an international organization. University degree in Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or related field. Excellent command of spoken and written skills (i.e., Chinese and English). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with technical understanding. Proficient in MS Office for data analysis, presentation, and reporting.
