To provide training and staff development solutions for all levels of staff To revamp the Training & Development function to address critical training needs in a structured approach To identify training needs, design and deliver training programs To establish tracking mechanism to assess the effectiveness of training and development initiatives To implement and develop various technology-based initiatives, including Learning Management System, e-Learning and related projects To leverage the latest learning technology and market best practices for enriching current learning and development practices Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Training and Development or equivalent Minimum 7 years' solid experience in training and development management in sizable organizations and with practical experience in organization development Demonstrated track record in revamping the Training & Development function to cope with corporate strategy and direction Capable of playing a professional advisory role in the liaison with line managers on Training & Development initiatives Hands-on experience in learning technology solutions such as Webinar software, off-the-shelf e-Learning and Learning Management System Pleasant, innovative and highly committed, with positive working attitude Outstanding communication, presentation and facilitation skills Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Training Manager.
