Marketing & Communications Executive (1-year contract)

MISSION Support Marketing & Communications team in all day-to-day responsibilities. Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution across Public Relations, Visual Merchandising, Client Experience and Events. Support in developing ideas and contents for digital marketing campaigns. Handle any ad-hoc projects as required. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES CRM & Events:
Support in the development of events creative concepts and participate actively in brainstorm sessions. Support CRM & Event Manager on event implementation from invitation, gifting, catering to logistics, as well as coordination with internal and external partners including retail partners and production agencies. Assist in the preparation of post-event reports and make recommendations for improvements for future events. Manage gifting inventory and coordinate logistics with retail team. Manage order, shipment, distribution, and stock of VM materials and PLV. Support PR & Marketing Manager to coordinate with production house on VM changes. Report VM updates and actively communicate with HQ. Public Relations: Translate Press Release and coordinate production with designers. Assist PR & Marketing Manager to coordinate press shootings and support on sites. Digital: Adapt and translate digital content including e-newsletter, social media post and advertising based on guidelines provided by HQ. Assist in asset development for local digital content. Coordinate with external partners for online content, e.g. retail partner or shopping mall’s online platforms. Administrative Support: Prepare and process Purchase Order (PO) and payment in compliance with Group’s financial procedures. Organize and manage storage in office and warehouse. Provide other office administration support. KEY COMPETENCIES Degree in Communications / Public Relations / Journalism / Marketing or a related discipline. A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in public relations, marketing communications or event management, preferably in brand marketing; luxury industry experience is preferred. Delivery-focused with a strong ability to multitask, organize and prioritize. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners. Hands-on experience in event management (in-house or at public relations agency) is an advantage. Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be a self-starter, resourceful and comfortable working in a small team environment. Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Office is a must. Knowledge of design software is a plus.
