Proactively serve, greet customers and respond to customers' needs in our Service Centre. Handle customer enquiries & bookings in a timely manner. Maintain the Centre at a high standard at all times to ensure it is an amicable environment for customers as well as fulfilling Principal standards. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth operations. Provide administrative support to the team and act as Cashier if needed. Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements
Diploma or above. 2 years’ experience in Hospitality / Tourism / Customer Service field will be an advantage. Well-organised, able to work with minimum supervision, and self-motivated. Presentable, customer-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). SUCCESS BREEDS SUCCESS.
