Perform industry and company research, financial analysis, financial modeling and valuation activities; Work with senior bankers in transaction execution; Prepare marketing materials including presentations and pitch books; Develop relationships with junior executives at our clients; Comply with any internal and external regulations and company’s policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Economics or other relevant qualifications; At least 3 years' experiences in investment banking, consulting, research or private equity or other relevant experience; Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Solid financial modelling and valuation skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to form effective working relationships; Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi-task; Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment banking field; Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules; Fluency in English and Mandarin; Both written and verbal communication skills.
