We are seeking a Front Office Manager with 1-11 years of experience for Canada and Germany. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk and reception area
- Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and excellent customer service
- Train and supervise front desk staff
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Manage room reservations and bookings
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- 1-11 years of experience in front office management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to the hospitality industry
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Fluency in English and one or more local languages
