Lead a data center team based in Hong Kong Maintain a secure and efficient IT data center operation Manage 24/7 operations processes covering multiple data centers in Hong Kong Ensure data center staff are well trained in IT/Data Center Facility disaster recovery procedures Provide technical guidance to data center staff in day-to-day operations Manage the performance of the data center operations team Manage data center infrastructure: Power, Cooling & Facilities Management Manage Data Center hardware and OS maintenance Ensure operational KPIs and metrics are being measured and attained Improve and automate data center operations for better efficiency and quality Manage planning, change control, and risk management projects Job Requirements
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in IT related disciplines At least 7 years of experience in data center operations Experience in multi data center operations Project Management experience Incident management experience Ability to organize information concisely and accurately Proven ability to work efficiently with different levels of management Certifications such as ITIL Fluency in the English language
