Support Relationship Managers in operational duties including taking investment orders, remittance, account documentation, and credit modifications. Provide client relationship building and account maintenance to facilitate the business of Relationship Managers. Provide excellent customer service to ultra high net worth customers. Handle administrative duties including KYC / AML and onboarding pre-checks. Job Requirements
University graduate in a relevant discipline. Preferably with over 4 years of banking experience in providing full operational support to Senior Relationship Managers. Prior experience in handling ultra-high net worth clients. Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word.
