Job Responsibilities To plan and control the operation of the laboratory to meet objectives. To perform routine testing. To train and supervise subordinates on performing tests. To counter-check test results of junior staff and review reports. To develop new tests, control, and purchase laboratory equipment, chemicals, and consumables. To conduct equipment maintenance and calibration. To provide technical support for the team. To implement and maintain laboratory operations according to ISO/IEC 17025 requirements. To align technical issues. Job Requirements Diploma or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or related disciplines. Independent and well-organized.
