Responsibilities: Participate in the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for successful project delivery. Collect user requirements, perform system analysis and design, and system development. Prepare test plans, test cases/scripts, test environments, and data, and perform testing. Support UAT and system implementation. Prepare system and operations documentation. Provide ongoing user and application support. Job Requirements: Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines. A minimum of 6 years of experience in the IT profession, with at least 2 years of experience as a system analyst or equivalent. Knowledgeable and experienced in systems analysis and design. Hands-on experience in C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, and MS SQL. Experience in Microsoft Application Servers, XML Web Services, AJAX Control Toolkit, ASP MVC, and jQuery. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. Good leadership, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude, fast learner, energetic, and able to perform in a challenging environment. Willingness to travel occasionally for business.
